I finished sewing one of our niece’s birthday dresses! It was completed a couple of weeks ago in time for Nana and Pop to bring it back to NZ with them. It’s an easy little dress to make but I was very glad to have Aaron’s mum’s expert guidance on how to follow the pattern 
Kid’s clothes are relatively easy because there is no shaping so it’s a good one to learn (in the end I’d love to be designing & making my own dresses), I think this was actually easier than the chickens which can be so fiddly.

It is an *adorable* dress, thanks Aunty Rachel (and Uncle Aaron)! haven’t yet got a *good* photo of Freyja in it yet, but I’ve posted some pics of her in it on Facebook.
